HOW DO I EARN CLUB REWARDS POINTS?

It’s simple to earn points with Club Rewards:  
•    Keep your card inserted at the slot or electronic gaming machine every time you play or hand it to the dealer when playing table games
•    While you play, you'll accumulate Reward points that can be used for free play, chips, and food and drink purchases 
•    Your Reward points balance won't expire as long as you visit our casinos at least once every twelve months
•    Based on your play, you will receive exclusive offers for gaming, event invitations, news and special promotions. Be sure to give us your email address for more great offers.
 

HOW ARE MY REWARDS POINTS CALCULATED?

Here’s an example of how to earn

Play slots with a stake of €0.35c per spin for 1 hour and you’ll earn approximately 50 club reward points. Once you earn 500 club reward points, you'll be upgraded to our Bronze tier!

 

HOW DO I REDEEM CLUB REWARDS POINTS?

Just show your card at the cash desk if you wish to redeem your points for freeplay vouchers, chips or if you’d like to use to pay for food and drink.  Your points will be deducted from your account balance. You will even get a 30% discount off your food and drink if you pay with points.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY CLUB REWARDS BALANCE?

You can check your Club Rewards balance online (once you have registered) in the My Club Rewards section. You can also enquire at any Olympic casino reception, ask a member of the gaming team at the tables or insert your card into any electronic machine.

 

WHAT ARE REWARDS TIERS?

There are five Rewards Tiers, each with its own set of great benefits.

To enjoy the benefits of each tier you need to earn the required number of Rewards Tier points. Below are the number of Rewards Tier points you need to earn in a 6-month period to progress to the next tier or to maintain your current tier:

BONUS     0 to 500 points

BRONZE     501 to 5,000 points 

SILVER     5,001 to 50,000 points 

GOLD     50,001+ points 

DIAMOND     By invitation only
 

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS TIER POINTS?

Earning a Rewards Tier point is simple. For every Rewards point you earn, you’ll automatically be rewarded with a Tier point. When you reach the desired level of tier points, you will be automatically upgraded to the next tier. 

Every 6 months (in January and July), we will review your account and upgrade or downgrade your tier level based on the amount of tier points you’ve collected in the previous 6 months.  Your Rewards Tier points will then reset to zero and you can start to earn points again.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARDS TIER BALANCE?

You can login to your My Club Rewards account and check your Rewards Tier Points balance, your Rewards Points balance, when is the next reset date and also check your personal information and contact details

 

CAN I CASH OUT MY REWARDS POINTS?

From August 1st, 2021 due to a change in company policy, Olympic Casinos Estonia will remove the facility for customers to exchange rewards points for cash. Customers will still be able to exchange rewards points for slots and gaming table free play.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET UPGRADED?

We will notify you via email or SMS when your new card is ready to collect.  You will also see this change via your My Club Rewards account or by visiting the reception team at any Olympic Casino.  Once you have your new card you will instantly be able to enjoy your new benefits.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET DOWNGRADED?

We will notify you via email or SMS 30 days before the earning period ends so you can see your balance.  If you are downgraded, you will need to pick up a new card from the reception team at any Olympic Casino.

 

CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS IN ANY OLYMPIC CASINO?

You can use your Rewards points at any Olympic Casino in Estonia.  You cannot currently use these Rewards points at our casinos outside of Estonia.

 

CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS ONLINE?

You can transfer your points to online account at any Olympic Casino cashdesk

 

HOW DO I UPDATE CLUB REWARDS DETAILS?

Log in to My Club Rewards and select the Member Details tab . You can change your communication preferences and your contact information. To change your personal information (name, date of birth), please visit any reception at Olympic Casino.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Please log in to your My Club Rewards account to access your Profile Tab. You can change your password here.

 

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

You can easily change your password. Just go to the log in page and you can see Forgot Password.

 

WHAT IF I LOSE MY CARD?

If your card is lost or stolen, please visit the reception team at any Olympic Casino.
